First I have to figure out what my goal weight is. I thought it would be 140, but now I don't know. For some reason, 140 seems so much further than it did when I weighed 262. Yes, 47 pounds to lose seems harder than 122 did. When I weighed 262 I took it 1 day at a time. Now, I am hyper focused on the big picture - the end number.
It is crazy and makes no sense to me, but maybe my 10 freaking month plateau/stall/whatever the hell it is has something to do with it?

I'm so proud of you! This blog is really inspiring. Keep it up! I know my roommate lost a lot of weight with this breakfast smoothie. Good luck! Greenie Guru Juice
I stumbled by looking for how to put up a clothesline and saw your latest post. This may be stupid and not helpful at all, but I thought I would share that I have quickly lost weight the past 10 days or so ingesting nothing but whole milk. Really! It sounds weird, but what was great about it was that it has made it so easy to count calories. I calculated how much I could have to meet my target, and I drink 1-1/2 cups of milk 5 times a day, spread out. Started out drinking raw milk (delicious!) but it got expensive ($7 a gallon!) so then I switched to the low heat pasteurized stuff at whole foods ($3 a gallon), and added a grapefruit. It's very satisfying because of all the fat and protein and carbs and sugar and water too!!
